Lead Employer Branding Strategist
Do you thrive in a strategic role where employer branding is at the forefront, and do you want to drive global initiatives that make a real difference? We are now looking for an experienced Lead Employer Branding Strategist who wants to take a key role in developing and strengthening the employer brand in a complex, international organization.
About the role
As a Lead Employer Branding Strategist, you are responsible for developing and implementing the organization's global employer branding strategy. You collaborate widely within the organization, both locally and globally, to ensure that employer branding aligns with business goals, talent strategies, and overall priorities.
You drive the work of creating engaging messages, clear EVPs (Employer Value Propositions), and a consistent candidate and employee experience at all touchpoints. The role also involves using data, insights, and market analysis to continuously optimize and develop the work.
You will become a strategic advisor to senior decision-makers and actively contribute to strengthening the organization's position as an attractive employer globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global employer branding strategies linked to business and talent goals
- Drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution – often in global and cross-functional contexts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different parts of the organization
- Ensure communication is cohesive and works effectively across all channels and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze data and insights to develop and prioritize the right initiatives
- Act as an expert and advisor in employer branding, talent attraction, and communication
- Coach colleagues and stakeholders with professional support without formal line management responsibility
- Identify areas for improvement and drive innovation within employer branding
About you
We are looking for you who are an experienced specialist in employer branding with a strong strategic perspective and a good understanding of how communication and business are interconnected. You are accustomed to driving work at a high level while keeping an eye on the details that make a difference in execution.
You are confident working independently and taking responsibility for the entire chain – from strategy to results. At the same time, you have an easy time building relationships and collaborating with different parts of an organization, both locally and globally.
You are analytical and like to use data and insights as support in your decisions. Furthermore, you are communicative, receptive, and have a natural ability to influence and engage others.
Requirements for the position:
- At least 5 years of experience in employer branding
- Experience in driving projects and working strategically
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of the candidate journey and candidate/employee experience
- Good understanding of digital channels and campaign work
- Relevant education in HR, communication, or marketing is considered an asset
