You also have sufficient knowledge of Swedish to communicate seamlessly with colleagues and participate in daily office work.
As a person, you are curious, unpretentious, and appreciate collaborating with others. You are happy to share your knowledge while also seeing the value in learning from your colleagues. You are motivated by finding solutions, providing good service, and delivering high quality in your work.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in customer service, administration, or case handling
- Very good knowledge of Norwegian or Danish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish in daily work
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with debt collection, receivables, or similar case handling
- Post-secondary education in areas such as economics, law, public administration, or administration
- Experience working with the Norwegian or Danish market
