You will step into an important change journey where a large public sector organization is transitioning from a PM3-based governance model to a more product-centric way of working. This shift affects how governance, financing, roles, and responsibilities are structured, as well as how operations and IT collaborate regarding prioritization, planning, and follow-up.

In this role, you will coordinate and support the transformation from vision to implementation together with central functions, IT, and other relevant stakeholders. You will become a key support for managers and key personnel in the change process, helping the organization build ways of working and capabilities that endure over time. This is a role for you who want to work close to both strategic decisions and practical implementation in an environment where the change has a clear impact on the entire organization.

• You coordinate the transformation from PM3-based governance to a product-centric model.
• You translate the vision into a concrete implementation plan together with operations, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
• You support the establishment of new ways of working, governance forms, and collaboration models.
• You coach managers and key roles in leading and working within the new model.
• You contribute to anchoring and impact in the organization through clear change support and communication.
• You support the gradual restructuring of existing PM3 structures.
• You drive knowledge transfer and help the organization build internal capability for continued development.
• You bring method support, experience, and best practices from similar transformation work.

• Several years of experience with PM3 in larger organizations.
• Experience with product-centric models where governance, financing, and responsibilities have changed in practice.
• Experience working closely with both business leadership and IT leadership.
• Experience with portfolio governance, prioritization, and financing principles.
• Experience with change management where roles, responsibilities, and mandates are affected.
• Experience with knowledge transfer and competence development in organizations undergoing change.
• Documented experience in replacing or changing an established development and governance model to support the transition to product-centric governance.
• Good understanding of the interplay between governance, organization, financing, architecture, and ways of working.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Experience from the public sector or politically governed organizations.
• Experience with transformation in collaborative organizations.
• Experience with SAFe, Lean, DevOps, or similar ways of working.
• Experience in establishing product ownership with clear mandates and responsibilities.
• Experience with value stream mapping, organizational design, and business architecture.
• Experience in training and coaching managers and leadership teams.
• Experience with benefit realization and outcome governance in large change initiatives.
