Head of Podiatry – Axelsons Gothenburg

Axelsons is the oldest and largest educational provider in the Nordics within health, wellness, and body therapies. At our Gothenburg location, we train future therapists and provide treatments and consultations to clients.

We are now looking for a Head of Podiatry who wants to develop and drive our podiatry operations. This role is ideal for you if you have experience in medical podiatry, enjoy taking responsibility, and wish to combine practical work with planning, quality assurance, and supervision.

About the Role

As the Head of Podiatry, you are responsible for ensuring that the podiatry department operates professionally, efficiently, and with high quality. You will work both operationally with treatments and strategically with planning, coordination, and development of the business.

You will be a key contact person for clients, students, and employees, contributing to a safe, educational, and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the podiatry department
• Plan and coordinate bookings and resource utilization
• Ensure high quality in treatments and customer service
• Supervise and support students during practicums and treatment sessions
• Oversee routines, hygiene, and business development
• Contribute to the sales of treatments and products
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop working methods

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained medical podotherapist from Axelsons Institute
• Have experience working independently with podiatry
• Enjoy taking responsibility and driving the business forward
• Are structured and have strong administrative skills
• Provide professional and service-oriented customer service
• Are solution-oriented and flexible
• Collaborate easily with clients, students, and colleagues
