The Care Administration is seeking an Operations Planner for the home care service. This is a full-time temporary position with a start date to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Planner, you are expected to have a holistic view when planning and organizing interventions for care recipients within the home care service, based on their individual needs and decisions on support. You ensure that staff have clear and feasible schedules adapted to the care recipients' needs and timeframes. You coordinate and adjust planning when there are changes in the care recipient's needs or staff absences. You act as a cohesive link in the operations and have frequent contact via telephone with care recipients, relatives, staff, needs assessors, and others.

The role includes scheduling in various operational systems, short-term recruitment, and providing support to the Home Care Manager with administrative tasks. Your daily work may also include payroll and invoice processing. Your current placement is within Northern Home Care, but the work can be performed in both home care areas.

Qualifications

You are responsible and able to combine care recipient and staff schedules based on the organization's resources.

As a person, you are confident in making quick decisions when the situation requires it. You have good collaboration skills, are adept at establishing new contacts and maintaining good relationships, and find it easy to do so via telephone.

We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and thrives in a role where no two days are alike. As an Operations Planner, you need to combine structure and foresight with the ability to adapt quickly when operations require it. You will play an important role in quality assurance and developing new working methods. You are confident in making day-to-day decisions based on your role and providing close support to staff in their daily work. You easily build trusting relationships, are sensitive to operational needs, and take the initiative to seek the information required to perform the role.

Experience with planning and scheduling tools and/or experience working within home care is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in coordination or planning within home care or healthcare and social services.
• Previous administrative experience and understanding of staffing and scheduling.
• Good knowledge of social documentation.
• A high school education, preferably as a nursing assistant.
• Good computer skills and comfort with modern digital tools.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
