Autocirc works with circular supply of vehicle components - an important part of the future's sustainable automotive industry. We are now looking for an experienced and self-reliant accounting manager who wants to help develop the economic work in a growing and changing corporate group.

Here, you will have a broad and responsible role where you combine operational accounting with analysis, closing, reporting, and process improvement. The role suits you if you are confident in your skills, have a natural drive, and enjoy taking responsibility from start to finish.

About the role

As the accounting manager, you will become an important part of the administrative team and work closely with both management, local colleagues, and other companies within the group. You are responsible for creating structure, quality, and progress in the accounting work and actively contribute to developing our ways of working.

You will work with, among other things:

• Ongoing accounting and qualified reconciliations
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Closing work for several companies within the group
• VAT reporting and tax-related reconciliations
• Reporting to management and the group
• Controls, analyses, and quality assurance of financial information
• Support to the business with reports, materials, and financial expertise
• Development and efficiency improvement of financial processes
• Involvement in group-related issues and coordination between companies

The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration. You are expected to be able to drive your areas forward, prioritize wisely, and create clarity even when conditions change.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience with qualified accounting work and are confident in the closing process. You have likely worked in a role where you have been responsible for several parts of the financial flow, preferably with elements of group accounting, multiple companies, or reporting in a larger corporate structure.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are structured, meticulous, and analytical, but also solution-oriented and communicative. You have strong self-leadership, take initiative, and have the ability to translate needs and problems into concrete improvements.

We would like you to:

• Have education in economics with a focus on accounting
• Have extensive experience with closing, qualified accounting, and preparatory budget work
• Have experience with group accounting, group reporting, or work with multiple companies
• Be confident in VAT, reconciliations, controls, and reporting
• Have good system familiarity and interest in developing processes and ways of working
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• Be self-reliant, responsible, and thrive in a changing business
• Currently work with Visma Business, Visma, Monitor, and Capego

As a person, you are calm, confident, and collected even when the pace is high. You have a positive and constructive attitude, contribute to good collaboration, and are happy to share your knowledge. We are located in the northern industrial area of Stenungsund and would prefer that you live in the immediate area or have a reasonable commuting distance. Travel may occur.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial mutual probationary period. Salary and start date according to agreement.
