We are now looking for an experienced and driven accountant for a qualified consulting assignment within the public sector in Kinna. The assignment is suitable for you who combine strategic insight with operational execution and thrive on creating order, clarity, and decision support in complex organizations.

Our client is undergoing a comprehensive change process where operations, organization, and governance need to be adapted to a new future structure. As a senior accountant, you will become a key person in strengthening financial governance and ensuring that budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up processes function efficiently ahead of the upcoming operational start.

You will work closely with management, operational managers, and the finance function to create prerequisites for long-term sustainable financial governance.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Ensure quality and develop financial structures, accounting, and coding
• Establish and implement efficient processes for budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up
• Develop models, templates, and decision support materials for managers at various levels
• Support operations with financial analysis and business-oriented advisory services
• Develop and improve resource allocation models and internal financial governance principles
• Ensure that financial structures are adapted to the new organization and division of responsibilities
• Contribute to the implementation of long-term sustainable working methods and routines

• Assignment scope: Full-time, 100%
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
• Work model: Approximately 70% on-site at the client's premises, the remainder remote.
• Start: Immediately or as agreed.
• End: 2026-12-31, with possibility of extension.

To be successful in this role, you need

• At least 4 years of experience as an accountant, controller, and/or finance manager.
• Documented experience in creating financial structures in close collaboration with public operations.
• Experience in implementing budgeting and forecasting processes as well as resource allocation models.
• Strong operational ability (not just analysis).
• Meritorious: Experience from social services, healthcare and care operations, or other social operations.
