This is a part-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the client.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for employees, contractors, customers, and visitors via the reception and switchboard. The role involves providing service to all internal departments. Your tasks vary and range from receiving visitors and informing them about safety regulations to organizing and ensuring the availability of office supplies. You are also responsible for order and cleanliness in the common areas of the administrative building and manage the safety equipment available for loan.

This is a part-time job for students, where you will agree on working hours with your contact person. Your working hours are scheduled during office hours, and the number of hours varies depending on needs.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Currently enrolled in higher education, with graduation no earlier than Spring 2027
• Experience in customer service or administration
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who is calm and accommodating in their interactions and enjoys providing good service to others. You have the ability to maintain and create structure when working with several different tasks in parallel, and you are very detail-oriented in your daily work. Furthermore, you are motivated by meeting different types of people and feel confident in contact with new people.
