About the role
As a student, you now have the opportunity to work part-time in a flexible and educational role that fits perfectly alongside your studies. You start your journey with a structured onboarding, where you get to combine practical exercises and theory to quickly get up to speed with the work.
In your role, you will focus on creating a smooth and positive experience for the company's customers. During the initial period, you will receive a thorough introduction to their systems and routines through both theory and practical exercises. Your daily routine will be varied and may include handling chats, phone calls, emails, complaints, and order management. This is a role where you truly make a difference for customers while gaining experience that is valuable for the future.
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying a post-secondary education at least 50% for at least 1.5 years to come
- Has previous work experience in customer service or service work
- Has good computer skills
- Can communicate and write fluently in Norwegian and English, as this is required in daily work
It is an advantage if you
- Are accustomed to working in systems such as Navision and Zendesk
