Contribute as a central part of an engaged team where we work together to build long-term customer relationships through advice, sales, and involvement in the customer's financial situation
Meet customers both in person at the local office and in digital advisory sessions with customers from across the country – where every meeting is characterized by attentiveness, professionalism, and a high sense of service
Work proactively with Swedbank's wide range of products, with a special focus on mortgage loans, and guide customers toward secure and sustainable financial decisions that strengthen their long-term financial health
Ensure that every customer meeting, regardless of channel, maintains high quality and is needs-based – with the goal of creating value, trust, and a positive customer experience in every contact
Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to find the best solutions for the customer, drive sales responsibly, and actively contribute to the branch's shared goals and success
Swedsec advisor license, Mortgage license, and IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive) as a foundation to provide qualified advice and ensure high regulatory compliance
Drive and business focus with the ability to identify customer needs and transform them into sustainable financial solutions – whether the meeting takes place in person, digitally, or via phone
Experience conducting both physical and digital advisory meetings where you build trust, listen to the customer's situation, and guide them to the right decisions
Ability to work goal-oriented with sales and results, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
A strong team spirit where you actively contribute to the team's shared goals, share knowledge, and support colleagues in daily work
An attentive, pedagogical, and relationship-building approach that builds trust and security in all customer contacts
A genuine desire for continuous development, staying updated on the bank's products, market trends, and advisory methods to always provide the best possible customer value
