Are you a buyer with a few years of experience looking to take the next step in a broad sourcing and category role within an international procurement environment? Then we are looking for you!

You will secure deliveries and drive cost efficiency and value creation through your sourcing programs. You will work based on commodity and category plans, maintaining a clear understanding of both the business's needs and the supplier market. You hold overall responsibility for the total cost of ownership within your category.

• Drive cost savings, cash flow improvements, and value-creating enhancements from a total cost perspective.
• Implement and anchor commodity and category plans: Identify and lead key programs to achieve savings targets and shape the supplier portfolio based on market conditions and needs.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers within your area.
• Prepare and execute RFI and RFQ processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market, supplier, and spend analysis as a foundation for strategic sourcing.

• An academic degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or sourcing.
• Documented experience in commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Experience working with multiple suppliers simultaneously (multi-sourcing).
• Fluent English in both speech and writing, as this is the working language of the role.

• Scope: Full-time (100%), on-site in Gothenburg.
