Do you want to work in a role where you solve problems, create structure, and have daily contact with customers? One of our clients is now looking for several customer service representatives with immediate start.

About the role

This is a consultancy assignment with good opportunities for permanent placement. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is explicitly stated that the client company intends to offer you employment with them in the future. This provides both you and the company with a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how well you thrive in the collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming cases from customers. Contact is made via phone, email, and chat, and you are responsible for providing clear and correct information as well as guiding the customer further in their case.

You handle questions related to deliveries, bookings, complaints, and other logistical flows. The work requires you to quickly adapt to new situations, prioritize correctly, and ensure that every case is followed up. You collaborate continuously with internal functions to find solutions and drive cases to completion.

The role has clear boundaries where the focus is on providing good service and ensuring that every case is handled in a thoughtful manner. You work with a continuous flow of incoming cases, where the pace can be high at times, but where you receive support in prioritizing and creating structure in your work.

Examples of tasks:

  • Handle incoming customer cases via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer questions regarding shipment status and deliveries
  • Administer bookings and cases in various systems
  • Handle complaints and discrepancies
  • Collaborate internally to ensure efficient solutions

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience in customer service or similar service roles
  • Fluent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

You work in a structured manner and are careful in how you handle information and follow up on cases. In contact with customers, you are clear, attentive, and adapt your communication to the situation. You take responsibility for your work and drive cases forward, even when collaboration with other functions is required. The pace is sometimes high, and you need to be able to prioritize without losing focus on quality.
