As a transport company, we are growing and are now looking for a Transport Broker / Freight Forwarder who wants to join our journey and contribute to the company's continued success.

About the role:

As a Transport Broker / Freight Forwarder with us, you will play a key role in driving and developing our operations. You will actively work on buying and selling transport services, both nationally and internationally. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating transports using our own fleet.
• Actively seeking new transport opportunities and building long-term partnerships.
• Establishing contacts with new customers and collaborators.
• Ensuring quality and follow-up of ongoing transports.
• Monitoring deliveries and ensuring everything proceeds according to plan.

We are looking for someone who is driven and fearless, with a strong desire to develop and take responsibility for your work. You should have a creative and solution-oriented mindset that helps you handle various challenges and find new ways forward. It is important that you enjoy working independently, but also have the ability to collaborate in a team and build good relationships both internally and with external partners.

You have a good business sense and can quickly understand customer needs and act accordingly. Experience in the transport industry is an advantage, but we place greater emphasis on your attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements:

• Experience in transport or freight forwarding is meritorious, but not a requirement.
• You must be able to work independently and take initiative.
• Good communication skills and ease in building new business contacts.
• You thrive in a fast-paced and change-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Salary: According to agreement

Employment: Full-time 100%

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri (1 hour break)

We are based at our new office at Exportgatan 57B, Hisings Backa.
