Do you have experience in administration and want to take responsibility for ensuring order information is correct from the very first step? Are you available to start immediately? In this role, you will combine careful administrative work with system troubleshooting, playing a key role in keeping the logistics flow running smoothly.

About the role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately, initially lasting until the end of the year. There are good opportunities for extension. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site.

💼 Responsibilities

As an Order Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that order information flows correctly between two internal systems. You monitor data, identify why orders are not passing through, and correct issues such as incorrect postal codes or missing information. You receive Excel files via email, upload them into the systems, and review which rows have generated error codes. Orders that get stuck in the system are checked manually and adjusted until the flow works. The work is administrative, meticulous, and similar to classic order administration with a focus on logic and data quality.

You will receive onboarding covering routines, systems, and working methods before working independently.

  • Ensure order information flows correctly between two internal systems
  • Monitor and review data flows
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and handle error codes
  • Upload and review Excel files with shipments
  • Manually check orders that get stuck in the system
  • Work with a focus on logic and data quality

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Experience in administrative work
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Fluent Swedish (written and spoken), good English skills (written and spoken)

Salary: According to agreement

A background check will be conducted for candidates who proceed in the process.
