About the Job

We are now looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Hemma Göteborg Majorna, and who can work extra hours as needed. This is the perfect job for students or anyone with another commitment who wants to pick up some extra shifts. In short, your role will be to help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices.

Contract: As-needed hourly position.

Start Date: According to agreement.

Working Hours: You will work varying shifts during early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages. However, in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2), we do not hire individuals under 18 due to the nature of the tasks. You must have good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written).

Here’s a bit more about the role:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily store operations, ensuring the shop is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• You will greet our customers with knowledge, attentiveness, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or checking out.

About You

Willys is constantly growing and evolving, and you enjoy doing the same. You love learning new things, thrive on challenges, and are motivated by taking on greater responsibility. It’s also a plus if you:

• See what needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• Have previous experience in retail or customer service (a bonus, but not required).
• Talk, write, and understand Swedish fluently. Many of our customers speak multiple languages, so if you do too, that’s a great advantage!
