Kellfri is now looking for an engaged and driven salesperson who wants to develop our sales and strengthen our distributor network in Sweden and Norway. About the role

As a B2B Sales Representative at Kellfri, you will play a central role in developing and driving sales towards distributors and service partners in Sweden and Norway. You will be responsible for an established distributor network where the focus is on creating long-term relationships, developing existing collaborations, and identifying new business opportunities. The role is both operational and strategic, working closely with customers and serving as a key ambassador for Kellfri's products and brand.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process – from prospecting and customer contact to quotation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Actively engage in sales through customer visits, phone calls, emails, trade fairs, and events
  • Educate and support distributors and service partners through product walkthroughs, advice, and technical support for Kellfri's range
  • Handle ongoing administration related to sales, such as customer inquiries, order registration, follow-ups, complaints, and returns
  • Work together with the Sales Manager to further develop and strengthen the distributor network through regular customer visits and long-term relationship building
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, service, and aftermarket teams

The role involves recurring travel within Sweden and Norway, often involving a few days with overnight stays.

The position is based at Kellfri's headquarters in Skara and covers daytime hours, Monday to Friday, when not traveling.

You will be offered employment with Kellfri AB, starting immediately or as agreed.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, preferably supplemented by post-secondary education in sales, technology, or economics. You have several years of documented sales experience, where B2B sales within machinery, vehicles, or technical sales is advantageous.

To succeed in this role, you have a strong technical interest and good technical understanding. You have a genuine interest in machinery, vehicles, or agriculture, where experience from the agricultural industry is advantageous.

You do not need to know Kellfri's product range from the start, but you need the willingness and curiosity to learn the products and be able to discuss business and functionality with our distributors.

As a person, you are structured, goal-oriented, and have a strong customer focus. You are proactive, communicative, and thrive working both independently and in teams, with a clear desire to create results and build long-term business relationships.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for this position.
