Coop Masthuggskajen is a brand-new store opening its doors in October 2026. In this advertisement, we are looking for two Sales Managers Customer Flow, each with their own specialized focus. * Sales Manager Customer Flow Fresh Food - Inspirator

In the role of a food inspirator with us, you will become a key player in our fresh food initiative. You and your employees will produce, inspire, lead, and develop our food range – from "rescued fruit" turned into smoothies, to buns, tapas platters, and much more.

In the role of Sales Manager Customer Flow, you are responsible for all areas of your department regarding the personal customer meeting, where you drive issues and activities based on maximizing NPS (Net Promoter Score). You have full personnel responsibility and achieve your goals through your employees' performance.

To succeed in your role:

• You are a skilled communicator who leads, coaches, engages, and inspires your employees.
• You are structured and goal-oriented.
• You thrive and perform best when you are "on the go" and have a lot to do.

We see that you have extensive experience and/or education from retail, so you know what is required to create an efficient and profitable operation.

The positions are permanent full-time employment (38.25 hours/week) with a start date of September 1st or as agreed. Recruitment is ongoing, and the positions may be filled before the final application date. We apply a probationary period. Working hours will vary and include both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

Education:

• A high school education is required.
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is advantageous.
• Broad experience and competence from the grocery retail sector is required.

Experience/Special Competence:

• The position requires broad experience and competence from the grocery retail sector.
• The position requires documented experience in leading employees.
• The position requires documented good results in operations with own profit responsibility.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• Documented leadership experience from the grocery retail sector is advantageous.
