About the role

As a Coordinating Customer Service Representative, you will work within a Shared Service department, meaning you will be a key part of supporting DEKRA's various companies.

The department's mission is to offer efficient and high-quality service to both internal and external customers, providing a varied workday with many different types of cases to handle. The role also involves close collaboration with other departments within the company to ensure customers receive the best possible service.

Your main responsibilities

As a Coordinating Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls and emails in our case management system. This means you will work with everything from preparing quotes, receiving requests and orders for inspections, to answering general inquiries and informing about our services. You will have many internal contact points, and the role also includes actively working to follow, maintain, and ensure good order and clarity in our daily routines and processes.

About you

To thrive in this role, you are confident in taking significant personal ownership of your tasks. You are methodical, accustomed to taking initiative, and have the ability to prioritize when needed. Furthermore, we see that you are a good listener who communicates in a clear, professional, and respectful manner. You simply enjoy customer interaction and offering the best possible service!

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has several years of experience in customer service
  • Is proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk or Salesforce) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Has experience using mobile switchboards on computers and smartphones (meritorious)
  • Fluently speaks Swedish and has good knowledge of English in both speech and writing

Today, we are a team of six customer service representatives and one customer service manager. Here, there is deep core competence and employees who have worked at DEKRA for a long time, giving us a stable foundation. There are also employees who joined more recently, which provides a very good mix of experiences.

The position is based at our office in Gamlestaden, with the possibility of working from home two days a week when operations allow. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application period ends.
