Represent a world-leading smart home brand during an exciting pop-up tour in Nordstan. Here, you will inspire customers with innovative technology and create positive experiences in an environment shaped by the cleaning solutions of the future.
About the role
As part of our event team, you are responsible for showcasing innovative products and engaging visitors in a pop-up store. You will work together with colleagues to spread brand awareness and answer questions in a dynamic environment.
- Assignment setupDigital introduction July 1st - 09:30 - 11:30 The introduction will be held in English and is paid. Attendance is mandatory for those taking on this assignment.
- Working hours July 2-4 - 10:00 - 20:00 You will receive a schedule on-site for the day's working hours and lunch break. You will work together with 2 other colleagues from Academic Work and a supervisor on-site.
Responsibilities
The role involves acting as a brand ambassador on-site in Nordstan, focusing on demonstrations, customer service, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Demonstrate how the products work for visitors.
- Distribute giveaways and discount coupons to customers.
- Answer questions about the products' functions and benefits.
- Represent the brand in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to staff the area.
We are looking for you who
- Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as this is required for the assignment.
- Communicate comfortably in English, as this is required for the introduction session and for any English-speaking visitors.
- Have previous experience in service and thrive in a social and networking role.
- Are available to work in Gothenburg from July 1-4.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in sales, retail, or product demonstrations.
