About Netred

Netred AB is an IT provider offering comprehensive solutions in hardware and software, cloud services, and software development. Thanks to our close collaboration with Monitor ERP System, our operations cover all of Sweden. Our office is located in Tidaholm, and we currently have 15 employees.

Your responsibilities:

You will primarily support our technicians and developers with quotations, follow-ups, and case management. You will also assist with technical support for our customers.

The role is primarily based at our office in Tidaholm, as we work as a tight-knit team and value having everyone present on-site.

About you

We are looking for someone who is social, friendly, and has experience selling hardware and software. A technical interest and knowledge of the Monitor business system are considered advantages, as is comfort with phone communication.

Previous experience with IT support in a Microsoft environment is a plus.

Interviews will begin in mid-August, taking summer holidays into account.
