Are you available immediately and want to ensure order information is correct from the very first step? In this role, you will combine careful administrative work with system troubleshooting, playing a key part in keeping the logistics flow running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately, initially extending until the turn of the year. There are good opportunities for extension. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site.

💼 Responsibilities
As an Order Administrator, you will work both day and evening shifts. You are responsible for ensuring that order information flows correctly between two internal systems. You monitor data, identify why an order has not gone through, and correct issues such as incorrect postal codes or missing information. You receive Excel files via email, upload them into the systems, and review which rows have received error codes. Orders that do not pass through the system are checked manually and adjusted until the flow works.
The work is administrative, meticulous, and resembles classic order administration with a focus on logic and data quality. You will receive onboarding covering routines, systems, and working methods before working independently. Working hours are 8 hours between 08:00–01:00, Monday–Friday. You may need to work only day shifts, only evening shifts, or have a varied schedule with both day and evening shifts.
- Check and correct order data in two systems
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and handle error codes
- Upload and review Excel files with shipments
- Manually check orders that get stuck in the system
- Provide written handovers to the morning team
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Completed upper secondary education
- Experience in customer service and/or administration
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
You thrive in a role where you analyze, check, and ensure information is correct. You work methodically, follow processes, and like to dig into why an order didn't pass through the system. You are confident making your own decisions and working independently at night, while communicating clearly with the next shift through structured handovers. This role suits you if you appreciate order, responsibility, and problem-solving in an administrative flow.
