Description
The Finance Department consists of six units: finance, property, procurement, and three administrative units. The department's main task is to create conditions for sound financial management and to ensure equal and efficient support for the administration's managers and employees. The three administrative units are distributed across the city areas of Nordost/Sydväst, Centrum, and Hisingen. We have good cooperation between the units and strive to provide professional and consistent support within the administration. We support managers and employees in most systems and work with, among other things: personnel and payroll systems, financial administration, fee processing, business systems, etc. The role involves close contact with respective units, managers, colleagues, other support functions, and various external actors.
We apply flexible working hours and also have the possibility to work from home for part of the time. The unit is located in two offices, Lergöksgatan and Angereds torg. The position is primarily located at Angereds torg.
We are looking for an administrator for the Administrative Unit Nordost/Sydväst
We are now looking for a new colleague to work with payroll administration and fee processing!
The role involves, among other things, being a support for managers in interpreting common payroll questions. We work with registering employment, some schedule management, discrepancies, corrections, and issue various types of certificates in our systems Personec and Time-care. As an employee here, you actively participate in ongoing development and improvement work as well as training for managers and employees. In the role, you are also responsible for the administration and processing of rental agreements and municipal housing supplements. You work independently to handle, follow up, and administer cases according to current guidelines and routines.
You also function as an administrative support for managers and users by providing service, guidance, and information on various administrative matters. The work involves many contacts, which requires good cooperation skills, a professional attitude, and a high sense of service. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and contribute to the operation functioning efficiently and legally securely.
Work at the unit is characterized by shared responsibility, which means that tasks may change over time and sometimes expand during certain periods. We therefore value flexibility, cooperation skills, and a curiosity to develop and learn new things.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education. You have documented experience working as an administrator within public administration, or alternatively, upper secondary or post-secondary education with a focus on administration.
The position requires experience working as a manager's support in Personec. It is also meritorious if you have experience with fee processing in Treserva and if you have experience working in the business system Agresso. We place great emphasis on you having good administrative skills, being structured, and having experience working in various digital business systems. Good computer skills are a requirement, and you are a proficient user of Office365. We see that you take great personal responsibility and are skilled at expressing yourself in speech and writing.
You take responsibility for your and the group's tasks and you think about those we serve and their best interests. You do your utmost to complete all tasks correctly and follow up on the results. The position requires good cooperation skills. This means being able to listen, show interest, and actively contribute to the common mission and work climate. You are pleasant and helpful to other people even in stressful situations.
