This could be your chance! We are now looking for a new colleague to join our wonderful and competent team of Business Controllers at AcadeMedia, Northern Europe's largest education company!
Job Description
As an Operations Controller, you will work in a supporting capacity for several principals in our upper secondary schools, assisting them with planning and follow-up work for the operations they are responsible for.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Leading and supporting the operation's planning processes
- Control, follow-up, and analysis of financial statements
- Developing business cases for major investments and decisions
- Responsible for training managers, both individually and in collaboration with other support functions
- Creating the basis for and conducting relevant analyses
You will be part of a team with ten other Business Controllers and report to the head of the segment's controllers. You will be part of a management group for a business area where several other functions and managers collaborate to lead and support the operations.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a relevant economic education and a few years of work experience in business development, controlling, or auditing, and have confidence in your economic understanding.
We place great importance on your pedagogical and communicative skills as you will work in a supporting capacity towards managers in the operations. We also believe that you are a person who thrives in a role with a lot of personal responsibility, has a strong ability to prioritize and plan, and is a calm and positive person who enjoys sharing knowledge and building good relationships.
