About the role

As a procurement specialist/purchaser with us, you will have a varied role where you work both strategically and operationally. You are responsible for the entire purchasing and procurement process – from needs analysis and market dialogue to implementation, contract follow-up, and the development of working methods and supplier collaborations.

You will work closely with the operations and serve as a support to managers and employees in matters concerning purchasing, contracts, and procurement.

Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

• Planning and conducting procurements
• Preparing procurement documents and specifications
• Driving and developing strategic purchasing work
• Conducting analyses of purchases, costs, and supplier markets
• Negotiating and following up on contracts
• Ensuring that purchases are made in accordance with applicable laws, guidelines, and internal processes
• Serving as a support to the organization in purchasing and contract matters
• Contributing to the development and streamlining of processes and working methods

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you with experience in purchasing and procurement who thrives in working both strategically and operationally. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and have a business-minded approach. The role requires that you can drive your own processes while having good collaboration skills and an ease in building trust within the organization. You should also have good computer literacy.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in purchasing and/or procurement
• Experience in contract management and supplier dialogues
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Post-secondary education in purchasing, procurement, economics, or law
• Experience of public procurement according to LUF (Swedish Public Procurement Act)
