Your Responsibilities

We are looking for self-motivated, outgoing, and social individuals who want to guide customers to the right PC gaming products. We are seeking you who have great passion, joy, and curiosity for everything related to PC gaming and customer interaction. You will handle various types of customers with varying interests, ranging from hardcore gamers to grandparents looking for a birthday present. We are looking for someone who is just as comfortable discussing which components you need when building your own PC as explaining the differences between 60Hz and 180Hz on a monitor.

Your responsibilities include: selling products, informing customers about different brands and their products, and ensuring that the sales areas are kept in good condition. You will also conduct short training sessions for in-store sales staff.

Your Background

Experience:

• We are looking for you who have sales and retail experience (meritorious)
• You have previously worked in service or events
• You enjoy working at a fast pace
• You have a genuine interest in PC gaming (Elite rank in CS is a plus!)
• You are the person your friends turn to when they need to buy new tech

Personal Qualities:

• You are social and enjoy meeting new people
• You are passionate about gaming and everything surrounding it
• You are tech-savvy and strive to learn more
• You love helping others and are skilled at interacting with different types of people
• You express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Other Information

In this assignment, you will be employed by our sister company, Nordic Field Force, but will perform the duties at our client's location. Shifts will be scheduled Thursday–Sunday, with the number of hours varying per month. The position is expected to be filled as soon as possible.
