Assistant Store Manager for Swedish Match Store in Strömstad

This is a role for you who likes to take responsibility, motivate others, and work closely with both customers and the team in a retail environment where the pace is high and no day is like the other.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the store manager's right-hand person and an important part of the daily operations. You lead the team on the floor, create structure in everyday life, and ensure that every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.

You are operational, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you get to combine service, sales, and leadership. When the store manager is not on site, you are responsible for the daily operations and help the team maintain a high standard in everything from customer interaction to store exposure and routines.

• Have experience from retail or service
• Previously held some form of supervisory role
• Have a good understanding of the store's operational flows
• Are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
• Are motivated by sales, service, and people
• Have a structured way of working and like order and tidiness
• Thrive in a high tempo and like working close to the operations
