At Ecareer, we are looking for a recruiter who is driven by sales, trust, and results, and who wants to contribute to strengthening Sweden's competence through sharp recruitment of senior specialists and leaders in fields ranging from IT to nuclear power.

The role in brief
As a recruiter with us, you work the entire chain – from the first client contact to the signed contract and filled position. You become a key player in strengthening our clients' competitiveness with the right competence.
You will primarily:
build and develop client relationships and generate new business
drive recruitment processes for senior profiles (specialists, managers, key roles)
work proactively with search/headhunting and create candidate pipelines
maintain high quality in job profiles, selection, interviews, reference checks, and matching
serve as a consulting partner to the client on everything from competence needs to market conditions

experience in recruitment, search, the consulting/staffing industry, or B2B sales (you can come from various backgrounds)
experience communicating professionally with senior candidates and decision-makers
good structure and the ability to drive multiple processes in parallel
fluent Swedish and good English skills
