Are you a student or do you have another main occupation? Are you looking for a varied temporary position? Then we have the job for you!
We are now looking for a receptionist and conference host for a flexible temporary position! You will work with two different clients in central Gothenburg and play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Depending on the client's needs, your role may vary between receptionist and office host.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving and welcoming visitors and registering arrivals.
- Handling incoming calls, bookings, and emails.
- Administration of phones, Wi-Fi, bookings, keys, and key cards.
- Handling feedback and complaints quickly and accurately.
- Preparing, checking, and resetting conference and meeting rooms.
- Refilling and cleaning coffee machines as well as handling dishes.
- Ordering, receiving, and delivering catering and conference materials.
- Assisting with events and supporting daily operations as needed.
This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client located in central Gothenburg. The position is a temporary assignment, meaning you will replace permanent staff during periods such as sick leave and vacation.

We are looking for you who have a good sense of service and enjoy administrative tasks. You have a natural ability to put the customer and colleagues first, and you strive to ensure that every interaction is perceived as a professional encounter. You communicate easily both verbally and in writing, are self-motivated, and are skilled at organizing and planning your time.
Furthermore, we see that you:
- Are studying or have another main occupation.
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
- Have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in similar roles is considered an advantage.
