What does the role offer?

In the role of Quality Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing, implementing, and following up on the company's quality work. You will become a central figure in the organization, responsible for ensuring efficient processes, high quality, and structured improvement work. The role is operationally close and gives you great opportunities to influence working methods, routines, and the continued development of the business. The role has quality responsibility but no personnel responsibility.

Your main tasks include:

  • Responsible for the company's quality work, including processes, documentation, routines, and standards.
  • Drive improvement projects, deviation management, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure that project processes function efficiently and develop over time.
  • Be the contact person for internal and external complaints.
  • Initiate and carry out follow-ups, audits, and quality-related improvements.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and translate these into concrete actions and long-term changes.
  • Work closely with operations and support quality work both in production and in the field together with the installation team.

You report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the management team as well as all departments within the business. The role involves many contact surfaces where you get the opportunity to influence both daily work and the company's long-term development.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience of quality work in industry, production, or technology and who thrive in a role where you get to combine operational work with a more strategic perspective. You have experience with deviation management, improvement work, and process development, and feel confident in driving issues from identified problem to implemented solution.

We believe you may have post-secondary education in technology, quality, or a similar field, but we also value relevant work experience. Experience with quality standards, LEAN, audits, or project management is meritorious. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing and have good IT skills.

As a person, you are self-reliant, proactive, and solution-oriented. You dare to ask questions, challenge existing working methods, and drive improvements when needed. At the same time, you are unpretentious, communicative, and have an easy time collaborating with people at different levels in the organization.

To thrive in the role, you need to appreciate being out in the operations; that is where it happens, not behind a desk. You have a natural "go and see" mentality and are motivated by creating structure, quality, and long-term improvements that make a real difference to the business.

Is this your perfect match?

If you want to be part of an international company at the forefront of technology, where quality, innovation, and sustainability go hand in hand – then this is a role for you. At JENSEN, you get to work in a flat and unpretentious organization where we value our employees, offer good development opportunities, and give room for initiative.

We are a successful and growing company with a strong global presence, but with the heart still in Borås. With us, you get to work with exciting products and solutions in an industry that is not so sensitive to the economy – thanks to the fact that we sell to both the public and private sectors in several different markets.

Welcome to a workplace that takes quality seriously – and that takes care of the people behind the success.
