At Plejd, we develop products used by electricians and end customers across Europe. Before a product is launched, we conduct extensive testing together with installers, partners, and customers to ensure it performs just as well in the real world as it does in our labs.

We are now looking for a Technical Beta Coordinator who wants to take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and driving our beta programs. This is a role for you who thrives on making things happen, enjoys keeping many parallel activities in sync, and wants to work closely with both technology, customers, and business.

The position is initially a full-time employment for approximately one year. For the right person, we see good opportunities for continued employment after the contract period ends.

About the role

As a Technical Beta Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and coordinating Plejd's beta programs for new products. You become the link between development, sales, partners, and test customers, ensuring that products are evaluated in a structured way before launch.

The role suits you if you are at the beginning of your career and want to build a broad understanding of how product development, technology, and commercial teams collaborate in a growing tech company.

We are looking for you who like to take ownership, create structure, and drive the work forward.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Plan and coordinate beta programs for new products.
• Collaborate with sales to find test customers and installation environments.
• Ensure that test products are distributed, installed, and followed up.
• Collect, compile, and analyze feedback from test participants.
• Coordinate communication between test customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to developing Plejd's working methods for product evaluation.

The role involves many contact surfaces and parallel activities, which places demands on structure, initiative, and good planning skills.

About you

We believe you have/are:

• A recent graduate or with a couple of years of experience.
• A university or civil engineering degree in areas such as electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial economics, or another technical field.
• Experience in leading or coordinating projects, teams, or activities with multiple involved parties.
• Ability to create structure and drive work forward independently, even when conditions are not fully defined.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• Experience in customer service, support, or other customer-facing work is a plus.

About our process
