About the Role

We are currently looking for additional resources on an hourly basis and can also offer a Work Integrated Learning (LIA) placement for those studying HR, Human Resources, or similar fields. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our consultants and be involved in the entire recruitment process.

This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to build relevant experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Candidate selection and screening
• Phone interviews
• Reference checks
• Administration related to the recruitment process

About You

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and communicative. You should have high social competence, enjoy contacting new people, and be able to remain structured yet flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Currently studying in a relevant field as described above
