Customer Administrator – Fire Safety (2-month assignment with potential for extension)
We are now looking for a service-oriented customer administrator, where you will become an important part of our work to develop and ensure the quality of our fire safety services. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working on the phone, like helping people, and want to contribute to safety and security.
What will your new role look like?
As a customer administrator, you will work in the project for two months handling customer contact and care related to our fire safety. You will:
- Handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Help customers test their alarms and ensure that their fire detectors are functioning correctly.
- Provide clear instructions (you will not answer general questions).
- Perform administrative work with documentation in Excel and internal systems.
This is a role where you make a difference – every call contributes to increased security for our customers.
Working Hours: 19 hours per week. Rolling schedule, meaning you work four weekdays every other week, and two weekdays plus two weekend days the following week.
Monday–Friday: 15:45–20:30. Saturday–Sunday: 10:00–14:45.
Start: Week 26 (training takes place during the day and is paid)
The assignment runs from: June 22 – August 23 (2 months, with a good chance of extension).
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with some phone experience and service skills, for example, experience from service roles involving customer contact. You must be able to communicate clearly and remain calm. You are comfortable using the computer and phone as your primary work tools. We believe in our employees' potential to develop, which is why your values and personal qualities are just as important as your formal qualifications. Additionally, we require proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Basic Requirements:
- Clean criminal record extract.
- Residing in Gothenburg or the surrounding area; the work is performed at our premises in Citygate, Gårda.
