Brunchoteket is a growing restaurant concept with several established units in Sweden. We combine brunch, dining experiences, and strong brands in an environment where social media plays a central role in our growth.

We are now looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who wants to help develop Brunchoteket's digital presence.

About the Role

As Social Media Manager, you are responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content for our social media channels. You work closely with the operations and capture both daily life and major initiatives within the company.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Content planning for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Photo and video production
• Editing reels and other digital content
• Publishing and tracking content performance
• Collaboration with restaurant managers and teams at our various units
• Influencer and partnership management
• Monitoring statistics and developing growth strategies
• Responsible for strengthening Brunchoteket's brand and digital presence

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with social media and content creation
• Is creative, self-motivated, and proactive
• Has a good eye for photography, video, and storytelling
• Has experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite
• Can work in a structured and independent manner
• Thrives in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment
• Is results-oriented and understands how social media can contribute to sales and brand building

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the restaurant, café, or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of advertising and digital marketing
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
