ResponsibilitiesAs an ambulatory receptionist, you work full-time with us, covering for our consultants during extra staffing needs, sick leave, holidays, and ad-hoc bookings at our clients' sites. You play a key role with both internal and external contact points. You work independently or in teams, and the role includes standard receptionist duties.
A typical workday may include:
- Handling incoming emails and calls
- Mail and courier handling
- Purchasing office supplies
- Reporting technical issues
- Contact with suppliers
- Planning and preparing conferences
- Ordering breakfast, lunch, and coffee for meetings
- Ensuring office areas (lounge, conference rooms, kitchen) are presentable
As an ambulatory receptionist, we look for someone who is social, pleasant, and professional in their interactions. We also look for someone who adapts easily to different workplaces and tasks. You approach your duties with great commitment, are structured, and can juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face and delivering top-class service.
To succeed in the role of ambulatory receptionist, we also look for:
- To be at least 18 years old with a completed upper secondary education
- Fluent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
- Previous experience within service and/or administration
- A strong service mindset and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple matters simultaneously
Living in close proximity to central Gothenburg is an advantage, as shifts may come with short notice.

Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 08:00–17:00, with on-call duty from 06:00
Location: Gothenburg
Salary: According to agreement
