We are now looking for a Private Advisor for our office in Hjo. As a Private Advisor, you manage the customer's entire business based on identified needs. You are responsible for the customer's entire business and personal finances at the bank. You work in a needs-based manner and provide advice on loans, savings, pensions, and insurance, with the goal of creating long-term value for the customer.

You find new business opportunities with both new and existing customers and maintain a high level of service to ensure the customer has a positive experience with the bank. You help, guide, and inspire your customers through personal meetings, as well as via phone or digital channels. Over time, you will build your own customer base while working as part of a team with your colleagues.

• Has Swedsec advisory & mortgage licenses and insurance mediation rights (IDD).
• Wants to create good and long-term customer relationships based on the bank's core values: personal, accessible, and engaged.
• Is attentive to customers' needs and has a natural ability to build trust.
• Is business-oriented and works carefully and efficiently.
• Thrives in a culture characterized by community and team spirit, where collaboration is a key success factor.
