We are now looking for a Customer Success Specialist for a growing company that develops modern, cloud-based solutions for labor-intensive businesses. Here you will have a central role in the customer journey and the opportunity to influence both working methods and the customer experience.

About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will become a key person in the team, responsible for the customer relationship after the sale is closed. You will follow the customer from onboarding to ongoing support and further development of their use of the system.

The role is varied and involves both operational support and proactive work to develop customers' working methods. You work daily in various systems and with integrations to customers' HR and payroll solutions, which requires technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Success Specialist, you will among other things:

  • Handle incoming support cases via email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and follow up on customer cases in a structured manner.
  • Be responsible for onboarding new customers – from signed contract to go-live.
  • Configure systems and train customers' users.
  • Work proactively with your own customer portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers with questions related to scheduling, working hours, and collective agreements.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to the development of the product and working methods.
  • Participate in developing and improving the Customer Success function.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and has an interest in technology and systems. You are solution-oriented, pedagogical, and have a natural ability to build trust with customers.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • 2–5 years of experience from support, helpdesk, or customer-facing roles within SaaS, IT, or similar.
  • Good experience working in multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to troubleshoot in a structured way and understand how different systems interconnect.
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Merits

  • Experience from labor-intensive industries, such as hotels, restaurants, healthcare, or retail.
  • Knowledge of scheduling, payroll management, or collective agreements.
  • Experience with HR, payroll, or scheduling systems.
