As a Senior Account Manager, you will have a key role in Castra's continued development. You drive the business forward by creating new customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to attracting the market's best consultants. Focus in your role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will have a central role in Castra's continued growth in the Gothenburg market. The role combines sales and business development in an industry where trust and long-term perspective are crucial. You are a key player in creating new customer relationships and further developing existing collaborations, both within the private and public sectors as well as within Castra's framework agreements.

Your focus areas are to:

  • identify and process new customers
  • develop and strengthen existing customer relationships
  • drive qualified customer dialogues and business
  • create new opportunities within both the private and public sectors as well as existing framework agreements
  • contribute to strengthening Castra's position in the market

You are based out of the office in Citygate, but much of your time is spent out with customers and in meetings where new opportunities are created. Castra believes in personal relationships and presence with customers. Therefore, this role suits you if you prefer meeting people and building networks rather than sitting behind a screen.

If we could wish

We are looking for you who have experience from the IT consultancy industry, tech, management, or other knowledge-intensive operations.

You have an understanding of the consultancy business and experience in creating business where trust and long-term perspective are crucial.

We would like you to have experience with:

  • qualified B2B sales
  • new customer processing
  • business development within service or consultancy sales
  • customer responsibility and network building

Experience from the IT consultancy market and working with larger organizations is meritorious. If you also have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or working closely with senior consultants and specialists, we see it as an extra plus.
