With us, you have the most fun side job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities, as well as gain experience and merits in working with leadership and groups.

Playing, having fun, and spreading joy to the children. It doesn't get much more fun than that! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you get the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children between 2–6 years old in a playful way. Our hope is that the children will get inspired to continue sports, and your leadership plays a big role in this.

💥 We are looking for you who:

• 👉 Loves working with children
• 👉 Is joyful, playful, and engaged
• 👉 Has football experience or general ball skills from other ball sports
• 👉 Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively has a long sports background and been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, babysitting)

As a person, you are secure and confident in yourself!

• 🎯 Your goal is to constantly work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave every Fotbollskul session.
• 🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games in a playful and engaged manner, developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues.
• 🎯 We work from a ready-made session plan, meaning all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you get the chance to focus entirely on spreading joyful movement, where we focus on ball play, ball courses, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leadership meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅 Employment Conditions

• Hourly employment
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays from 10:00–12:00 at Solbergaskolan.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.
