About Us

Björkmans Bilskola is a well-established and prestigious driving school located on Gotland since 1949.

Today, we are a team of three driving instructors and one receptionist, educating and supporting future license holders from all over Sweden. We currently only offer training for category B, risk training, and theory for passenger cars.

About the Role

As a driving instructor with us, you will:

• Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different prerequisites and needs.
• Support and motivate students on their journey towards their driver's license.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations.
• Occasionally conduct theory lessons and risk training.

We are looking for you who:

• Hold a valid driving instructor certificate and are approved as a driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency.
• Have a pedagogical and flexible attitude.
• Are responsible and have a genuine interest in helping others develop.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting different types of people.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
