Are you our new student assistant at Guteskolan's after-school and primary school activities?

We are looking for a student assistant on a 100% basis for our after-school and primary school activities, starting in the autumn term of 2026.

The position will last as long as the student is enrolled in our activities.

The personal assistance is needed, among other things, for:

• support in teaching situations
• help with transitions, movements, and breaks
• structure and security in social contexts
• support in after-school activities before and/or after the school day
• one-to-one support

This means that as a student assistant, you will be individually available for the student throughout the entire school day as well as during their time in the after-school program.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working as a student assistant in after-school programs and primary schools, and who have suitable education.

As a person, we are looking for you who are flexible and good at collaborating. You are skilled at communicating and can inspire both students and colleagues. We want you to enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy working with children and young people and be engaged in their school experience and education. We expect you to have a good ability to meet each student based on their different conditions and needs. You need to be structured and clear while remaining responsive.

Much of the work is done together with colleagues, so collaboration and knowledge sharing will be an important part of the daily job.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Guteskolan is an independent primary school within Guteskolan AB. We started in 2007. Guteskolan AB currently has approximately 350 students in primary school.

Any profit made by Guteskolan AB is fully reinvested into the operations.

The atmosphere and mood at the school are relaxed and pleasant, which is one of the reasons why the relationship between teachers and students is so good.

Guteskolan's primary school has movement and health as its profile and places extra emphasis on reading at all stages. All students are offered breakfast and have extra physical activity every day. The schedule is organized in blocks, meaning longer lesson periods in each subject.
