Wisby High School has approximately 1,700 students and around 185 employees, of whom about 170 are teachers. We offer 16 national programs, four introductory programs, and one nationally recruiting education.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for planning and conducting teaching. Your role includes actively contributing to the school's development. You will be part of program working groups, subject groups, and hold a mentorship role.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the eligibility to teach Swedish in grades 7–9. It is an advantage if you also have eligibility to teach at the upper secondary level.

As a person, you are a cheerful, positive, and clear leader with a strong interest in meeting students with varying levels of knowledge and motivation. You see students' unique abilities and driving forces and use your knowledge and creativity to develop both students and the organization.

You also have a positive attitude in meetings with colleagues, see the strength in collaboration, and show great commitment to your work. You keep the student's needs at the center and use a solution-focused approach even in difficult situations.
