We are looking for pedagogical staff for the open preschool, primarily based in Visby. The position also involves working one to two days a week in our newly established facility in Hemse, as well as one day a week in Slite.

As a pedagogical worker, you will be mobile together with the preschool teachers and move between these three locations. The role therefore requires good mobility and flexibility. The open preschool is a meeting place for children and their guardians, with a focus on strengthening relationships, promoting the child's development, and offering support in the parenting role.

Your Responsibilities

As a pedagogical worker in the open preschool, you are expected to:

• Plan, implement, and develop the pedagogical activities
• Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children and adults
• Support and guide parents in their parenting
• Work proactively and build relationships
• Collaborate with other actors such as child health care and family support units
• Contribute to the development of the activity based on the needs of the target group

Who are you?

You have a pedagogical education or other education that the employer considers relevant. A category B driver's license and access to a personal car are required. You must have good verbal and written skills in Swedish.

You have experience working in an open preschool or similar activity, and have training or a course in difficult conversations. We expect you to be accustomed to collaborating with authorities and/or other support agencies. You have experience working with families with different needs and conditions. Great importance is placed on personality and personal suitability.
