We are now looking for a receptionist for the security unit

located at the agency's headquarters in central Stockholm. The security unit has the overall responsibility for coordinating, developing, and monitoring the agency's security work and is also responsible for the agency's premises management and the reception at the headquarters.

Your mission

In the role of receptionist, you will be responsible for the reception and office services at the headquarters. This includes receiving visitors, handling mail and deliveries, escorting visitors and contractors, and providing support during internal meetings through coffee service and practical coordination. The role also includes patrolling the premises, reporting faults, and ensuring that the office environment is clean and functional. You will manage orders for consumables and assist with booking travel and conferences. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing access cards and service cards, including permissions, and will be the fire safety officer for the headquarters and may take meeting notes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education in a relevant field or other education that, together with relevant experience, is deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Current experience in administrative work that the employer assesses as relevant for the position
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

  • Experience in handling access cards and permissions
  • Experience in booking travel and conferences

Employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement. Placement in Stockholm. The agency's units are located in various locations in Sweden, so travel may occur in the course of work. The National Board of Forensic Medicine applies individual salary setting.
