About the role:

As a Project Manager at Aspia, you will have an important and strategic role in the work of further developing Aspia's service offerings, delivery processes, and system support for our service delivery. You will be part of our team within the Service Management department, where we currently have over 20 ambitious colleagues, and together we are responsible for managing and further developing our service offerings within Aspia.

In your role as a Project Manager with us, you will be responsible for driving both larger and smaller initiatives regarding, among other things:

• Further development of our service offerings regarding the packaging of various services
• Tenders and implementation of new services and systems
• Larger change initiatives within the organization

You will work closely and in collaboration with other functions within Service Management, our business support units, and our more than 50 offices.

Who are you?

A suitable background for the position is that you:

• have previously worked in a similar role, preferably in a larger consulting organization or IT organization.
• have several years of experience in leading various types of projects and initiatives and working towards clearly defined goals.
• hold a relevant university degree/post-secondary education
• have good knowledge of finance and experience with business systems. We consider it an advantage if you have experience working with larger business systems.
• As the role will involve communication in both Swedish and English, it is important that you are fluent in both languages.

As a person, you are driven, outgoing, and solution-oriented. You have an interest and willingness to express your thoughts and ideas, possess good communication skills, and are curious about technology. To thrive in the role of Project Manager with us, you are someone who enjoys meeting others as the role involves many contact points, and you have the ability to build relationships and networks both internally and externally. Furthermore, you are meticulous and structured.

Location: Stockholm, but there is an opportunity for hybrid work. Start date: as soon as possible, by agreement. Scope: Full-time
