Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are now looking for a structured and analytical accounts receivable assistant for a larger company in the B2B sector characterized by large daily flows. About the Role

As an accounts receivable accountant, you will be part of a larger finance department where daily invoicing, payment handling, and follow-up of customer receivables are managed. You will also collaborate with the collections team and other internal functions, as several systems interact in the processes. The company is facing a major system transition to IFS Cloud with operational start in February.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Daily accounts receivable management in large flows
• Reconciliations and follow-up of customer receivables
• Contact with internal departments regarding invoicing and credit matters
• Participation in improvement work to streamline routines
• Support during the transition to IFS Cloud

We are looking for you who:

Have experience in accounts receivable, preferably from larger or transaction-rich businesses. You are analytical, meticulous, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you have a knack for collaborating and contributing to creating order in complex processes. Experience with IFS is a plus but not a requirement.

You are offered:

To become part of a dedicated accounts receivable team of 15 people where the culture is characterized by helpfulness, collaboration, and a desire to deliver quality. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting as soon as possible or no later than January, running until August with a chance for permanent employment. You will be located in the client's pleasant offices south of Stockholm.
