About us

You will be part of the Membership Development unit, a team of eight people with expertise in digital marketing, telemarketing, customer journeys, marketing automation, communication, copywriting, and analysis. You report to the unit manager.

Together with other colleagues in the Sales & Member Dialogue department, we work agilely, focusing on testing, learning, and development – always with the member's needs at the center.

About the role

As a Value Development Concept Developer, you are the hub in the work of making LRF's member benefits clear and relevant.

You collaborate broadly within the organization and with external actors to develop offers and concepts that strengthen the relationship with our members. The role is important for both recruitment and loyalty – and gives you the opportunity to contribute to societal benefit in a team characterized by curiosity and forward-thinking.

In addition to project management, we would like you to have practical experience with digital tools and can contribute in various areas – such as handling simpler web tasks, working in Teams, participating in fairs and events, and sometimes traveling for work. You enjoy alternating between strategic work and practical efforts and have a flexible attitude towards taking on different types of tasks.

Main responsibilities

Packaging of member value

• Structure and package member benefits and collaborations
• Ensure correct information on lrf.se and in internal materials
• Initiate campaigns and project manage joint activities
• Evaluate existing collaborations and propose new concepts that strengthen member value

Collaboration & processes

• Develop collaborations with regions, industry departments, and companies around member recruitment and events
• Support member activities and educate about benefits

Integration of partners

• Map and include offers from subsidiaries and venture companies
• Be the contact person for partners and internal stakeholders

Your profile

• Drive and structure – you like to keep processes together and make things happen
• Experience in project management and coordination in organizations with many contact points
• Curiosity about member value and customer journeys – you understand how to create experiences that engage
• Communicative ability – you can explain, inspire, and build relationships
• Analytical thinking – you see the whole picture, prioritize correctly, and find smart solutions
• Experience in partnerships and member communication
• Courage to drive development – you thrive in change and find ways forward
• Preferably experience with digital tools and practical work with web, events, and technology
• Relevant academic education
