Junior Sales Controller

SJR is now looking for a Junior Sales Controller for our client in Kista, a large international company in the electronics industry. The assignment starts immediately and initially lasts for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the business in a dynamic environment with presence in the office five days a week.

About the position

In the role of Junior Sales Controller, you will have the main responsibility for the Nordic sales program with a focus on cost control of sales deductions and monitoring the sales team's results. You will also train the sales team and handle customer complaints.

The role includes administrative tasks that free up time for the sales team so they can focus on core business - sales. You will have a central role where your work contributes to efficient processes and good business results.

Responsibilities

In your role as Junior Sales Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Management of the sales program (commercial terms).
• Verification of customer complaints and accounting of invoices (e.g., GERP, GEVS).
• Monitoring the sales team's compliance with regulations in accordance with HQ's policy.
• Understanding the structure of financial reporting and the ability to analyze costs as needed.
• Training the sales organization in the company's policies and processes for the sales program.
• External reporting to customers and industry organizations.

Suitable background

You have an academic education, likely in finance or a related field, and 1–3 years of work experience in analytical work or similar tasks. You have excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, including working with pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are responsible, engaged, and solution-oriented with an efficient working style. You are analytical and have a good understanding of numbers while possessing a high communicative ability as the role requires you to convey insights and suggest actions further within the organization.

You are structured, meticulous, and understand the importance of quality in your work, and with a proactive approach, you take initiative and handle ad hoc tasks independently. You are self-driven but also enjoy working in a team and contribute with an unpretentious and positive attitude.
