We are now looking for a family law attorney/probate administrator to our head office in central Stockholm. This is the role for you who is passionate about inheritance law and wants to help develop the legal function in a personal and collegial workplace.

Your responsibilities

In the role of family law attorney/probate administrator with us, you will work with a variety of cases within family law and inheritance law. Among other things, you will be involved in the preparation of estate inventories, property divisions, inheritance distributions, as well as estate management and wills. You will also draft gift deeds, cohabitation agreements, lasting powers of attorney, and other documents requested by our clients. The work also includes providing ongoing advice on family law issues, and you will have close and continuous contact with the firm’s clients.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has experience in probate work and/or has a law degree and has worked for at least a year with family law issues.

As a person, you are attentive with very good communication skills. You are responsible, ambitious, and have a strong sense of service. Furthermore, you have a natural ability to create good relationships. You enjoy meeting people in different life situations and are trustworthy, unpretentious, and meticulous. We value drive and commitment. To succeed in the role, you need to have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
