You play a key role in ensuring that our projects are financially sustainable and that resources are used efficiently. An important task is to create a long-term financial plan for the development economy.
As a management controller, you coordinate the financial work for the community building administration and support management and department heads with financial planning, forecasts, and monitoring, as well as the development of relevant key figures and qualitative analyses. You will also prepare decision-making materials for the political process. You will participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and annual accounts for the administration's committees, which are the building committee, the environmental and health protection committee, and the municipal executive board.
The work also includes ongoing monitoring of the community building and market situation.
Who Are We Looking For?
