We are looking for an experienced individual who can support an organization in developing and implementing a new common delivery and operations model in connection with the development of a modern IT development platform. You will be part of a central team for platform development and work according to DevSecOps principles based on the hypothesis ”you build it, you run it”. The focus is on working methods, processes, roles, and collaboration – not on the choice or implementation of specific tools or technical platforms – but the model should be integrated with the platform's prerequisites.

• Develop a delivery model that integrates development, operations, and security according to DevSecOps.
• Define principles and hypotheses for working methods, such as ”you build it, you run it”.
• Describe process flows and collaboration forms from idea to production and further to management.
• Clarify roles, responsibilities, and interfaces between teams and functions in the delivery model.
• Propose governance, follow-up, and continuous improvements, including how effects can be measured.
• Develop proposals for how working methods and models should be managed over time.
• Identify competence and cultural prerequisites for succeeding with DevSecOps and suggest how the organization can support the right mindset.
• Recommend a phased implementation plan including change management, training, and communication.
• Document the process with updated process descriptions, responsibility models, and governing documents.
• Support the rollout of the model to the first consumers of the platform.

• Documented deep experience in DevSecOps and delivery models within software development.
• Experience in change management and implementation of new working methods.
• Good communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders.

• Experience in establishing and anchoring common working methods in larger organizations.
• Experience in developing models for governance, follow-up, and management related to modern development platforms.
